Vendors

Interested in becoming a vendor for True Self Con? Please make sure you read through our simple rules before filing to become a vendor and be aware submissions will close November 1, 2025.

1. Preference will be given to any artists/vendors who have at least one piece of Persona merchandise (or any game derived from the Shin Megami Tensei series) for sale, though it is not a requirement to have such in order to sell at the event.

2. Applications are not on a first come, first serve basis, but will be reviewed and selected based on what will give attendees the most variety and selection.

3. Artists/Vendors are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes as applicable.

4. Artists/Vendors are responsible for table fees, needed displays or storage.

5. NSFW content is allowed. HOWEVER, please make sure nothing which could be considered offensive is visible. Also, make sure to card anyone who is looking at/purchasing NSFW material. If you are unsure, please ask or err on the side of caution and hide/cover it.

6. Artists/Vendors will be provided with a 6’x2’ table from which to work. The convention will do everything in its power to give vendors at least 6’ on each side of their table in which attendees can move about (10’ if space allows). At this time, we can only provide 1 table per vendor, though if this changes we will let everyone know.

7. Wifi and power cannot be guaranteed and are likely not going to be easily available. Please take this into account when submitting to become a vendor.

8. The event is not responsible for any damage or theft to booths and products, although every precaution will be taken to avoid either outcome.

9. Payment for tables will need to be submitted at least 14 days before the convention takes place.

If you have any issues, questions or even just need assistance with something, please ask before or at the event. The staff will be happy to do whatever they can to assist or get answers to questions you may have.
